In 2020 Marcus Ryan returned home to perform a one-off show, just a few streets away from the house he grew up in - in the very theatre he used to sneak into to see movies as a kid - to record his very first stand-up comedy special. 3 weeks prior to that show, the world shut down. The venue was sold out and a 2nd show was on sale.
